Carbs. Love ’em, hate ’em, I can’t seem to get away from them. I’ve been trying a low carb diet – not paleo, not a purge, more of a “hey lets avoid those potatoes…and pizza….and pasta…” perspective. For the most part, I’m losing weight albeit slowly, at least I was until a week ago. Solid wall, can’t break through and I’m an American, which means I’m impatient, surrounded by carbs and really struggling to stick to the plan.
My next step is further research on breaking through the perpetual plateau. Exercising is the plan but I’m open to other thoughts on carb manipulation and fooling my body back into the weight loss mode it had the first few weeks.
