Low Carb Chili
  1. Brown hamburger in pan while chopping onions, dicing tomatoes (or opening can of diced tomatoes, cheater), peppers, etc.
  2. Mix tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, chili beans, peppers together into the slow-cooker/crock pot
  3. drain hamburger, stir into mixture above, add in chili powder
  4. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours (the longer the better but I usually break after 3 and steal some from the simmering pot)
  5. Serve with shredded cheese in lieu of crackers
